Distressed Assets Coalition has also developed an educational outreach program, which insures that certified professionals have strong knowledge of leading industry practices, regulation and requires that they abide by our high ethical standards.

The Distressed Asset Specialist Designation (DAS) is shaped upon a foundation of experience, knowledge and education. It will become an internationally recognized standard to differentiate ‘DAS’ professionals from others within our profession.

Sign Up and Pay Candidate Fee

Complete Required Courses

Complete 24 Hours Of Approved Courses (On-Line or at Other Approved 3rd party providers)

Complete DAS On-Line Ethics Course

Complete Ethics Course and Agree To Ethics Policy

Industry Conferences

Gain Course Credit By Attending Approved Industry Conferences

Qualifying Experience

People with over 5 Years of Industry Experience or with Approved Other Designations, Can Request Waiver-Test For Courses

Successfully complete the Final On-Line Exam

Candidates will be administered an on-line comprehensive final exam covering important issues outlined in courses

Candidates must complete courses in at least half of the subject areas listed below.
