|
FDIC receives .55 cents on each dollar of commercial mortgages sold in Q2
|
The FDIC sold $1.2 billion of commercial mortgages for $650 million, during the second quarter. They completed 171 transactions and , recovered 55% of the loans’ balance. Overall the whole-loan sales program resulted on 48.4 cents for each $1 for loans with a balance of $2.7 billion.
It has sold those loans to a total of 147 investors in 417 transactions.
